This place provided way more than I ever expected to receive from a hotel.
From the moment we arrived the strive for 5 star service was evident.
And they achieved it during our entire stay.
The staff was always more than accommodating.
The onsite dining options were some of the best meals we had in Japan.
The garden was stunning and full of history.
It was an amazing experience overall.
Our sincerest thanks to the entire staff of this establishment, and a special thanks to Murakami San for his consistent personal efforts and time spent with us.
This was a very special trip.
We will certainly stay here again when we return.
