This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed.
A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

Love the stay and the amenities worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was easy to navigate and everything was within walking distance. The shower and personal sauna option is a must try. The space was family friendly wirh personal washer and dryer. The videos and website is very user friendly. Next time coming back to visit - I will only go eoth Monday Apart!!!

"I didn’t expect we had to pay additional for the use of the thermal rooms & book sessions. Check in process was a bit long. And having to make reservations for dinner & the shuttles was a bit inconvenient as the location was a bit far from the town/convenience stores. Otherwise breakfast was lovely. ..."
