Completely renovated. 2 new bathrooms with underfloor heating, new kitchen, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge, toaster dishwasher, new beds, bed linen, towels, jet master coal gas fireplace in lounge room,3 rimmi gas heaters in all bedrooms. all beds have electric blankets.

Completely private and quiet, lovely 1200 square meter park like garden, plentiful bird life, possums, plants, outdoor deck area with BBQ ,watch the sun go down. Covered veranda at the front for sunny breakfast. 1 queen bedroom with wardrobe, 1 double bedroom with chest of drawers and 2 single beds in a room separated by a wardrobe, which is accessible through 2nd bedroom, dinning area, seating for 8 people,smart TV with netflicks, lounge room with tv +Netflix and dvd player videos and cds. 2 push bikes in garage with helmets. outdoor fire place for late night drinks. Fenced back garden with gates back area safe for dogs, best to keep them in at night as possums about.

if you leave on a Monday please put rubbish bins on street, also please empty rubbish bins in kitchen and bathrooms.
please leave the cottage as you find it, any issues as in something not working or broken let me know so that I am aware and can fix it.
If you bring pets please pick up droppings and put into red bin, the fee is $60 per pet, do not allow into bedrooms or on beds or sofas. thanks Renee

Just an amazing place

Time there was after intense period of work - weather sunny but cold and cottage cosy with all modern conveniences.Close to everything and yes everything worked.It was just wonderful and communication with owners was easy.

Wonderful cottage

Very well provisioned, great place to stay, wonderful yard with nice sitting areas and lawn - our two miniature schnauzers loved it. The cottage was clean comfortable and had lovely sitting areas. The place was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a storm and the hosts checked in on us which was very appreciated. You couldn’t ask for more at this stay.

Warm and inviting

A great play to stay for a winter get away and explore the Mittagong area. There were so many options to keep warm and so many little practical extras that made the stay so comfortable. It really felt like staying in a home. We would book again!

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen was nice and there were 2 new bathrooms. It is located in a quiet street with a short drive into town. I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous cottage

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Had everything we required, all the heating kept us toasty warm. Lovely garden for our little doggo to run atound in too. Highly recommended

Lovely!

A beautiful, peaceful spot with a quant cottage is all I need. And this is what I had at Coppin Cottage. Renee, the host was helpful and a delight to deal with regarding the booking.

Fantastic Getaway

Nice and comfortable felt like home. Heating was awesome as it was quite cold over the Kings Birthday long weekend. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. Amazing backyard we had ducks and Kookaburras visit.. It was a nice walk to the shops.. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Cosy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Coppin Cottage. It is a very comfortable and cosy cottage in a quiet street but just a short distance from the main shopping area of Mittagong. The kitchen is very well equipped to be able to self cater if you want to (which we did). The garden is lovely and we enjoyed sitting watching all the bird life. Very relaxing. We would definitely stay again when we return to Mittagong.

Cosy cottage base in Mittagong

We were delighted with our recent one-month stay here. The Cottage was perfectly clean, homely and generously stocked with everything we needed to start enjoying our holiday immediately. The extra beds came in handy when our Sydney-based family visited and we spent many happy hours enjoying the backyard space and views to Mt Alexander. Renee was easy to communicate with and arranged for a cleaner and gardener to keep the Cottage fresh during our stay. The home is walking distance from the township and my husband made daily use of the bike provided to get his morning caffeine hit from the Boston Ivy cafe. Thanks for a great experience!

Excellent, roomy home with great little extras.

My friend and I have stayed in this little house a few times for our "Scrabble" weekend and are always delighted to be there. The house is warm and inviting. There is room for a variety of activities - even though we just need the table near the big windows and doors that open on to the back garden so that we can play! The kitchen is well stocked, the coffee machine is a lovely addition and the two bathrooms make for an excellent stay for two to four friends or two families. I highly recommend this house. The friendly kookaburras who sang in the trees outside were another lovely treat.

My Amazing First Post Covid Lockdown Holiday

Find the property was easy. The description was clear. Beautiful images. Was way too hard to say no to the property when I saw it. Being there was amazing. The little touches of bubbly and cheese... Superb. Kids loved the secret bedrooms. They hid away. The fur baby loved the backyard. He had a blast. Adults just sat back and enjoyed amazing time. Beautiful house. Clean. As described. Renee was great to deal with. We will be back.

Snug clean and warm stay in mid winter. Older style house, but everything in working order. Ideal for a short stay, in a quiet part of Mittagong only 7 min drive to town centre. Recommend.

Great stay however there were areas of the property that required cleaning. Fans, cupboard doors in the kitchen and some items in the cupboards were dirty for example bowls and glasses.

Coppin Cottage is a wonderful cosy home away from home. Fantastic gas heating to keep the place warm, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was divine.Backyard was well secured and thoroughly explored by our Jack Russell.A real jewel that we are sure to revisit in the future

My husband & I always stay there when in the Highlands.. it’s cozy, warm in winter and has a lovely big yard and the beautiful deciduous trees with the autumn colours were very prettyThe cottage is ideal for a short break away from busy life..

Perfect place to relax with family and pups!

Loved the property, such a comfortable, quiet and relaxed space. Equipped with everything you could need. I wish we had a longer stay.The garden is beautiful and perfect for our pups to play. It would benefit from a cleanup as a bit overgrown, it was hard to keep the mozzies at bay!As regular visitors to the Southern Highlands we will definitely stay again.
