"The staff were super friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and the bar. I really enjoyed the building, the decorations lean into its history and make the place feel special. The area around the hotel isn’t the best, so just be careful walking around there. I had a couple people harass me when trying to get to the Metro stop nearby."

"We love this hotel and visit every year for a specific event. As we have kids with us we appreciate the safety features (card access is needed almost everywhere). Staff is courteous, helpful and always extremely pleasant. Housekeeping does an absolutely excellent job. We also appreciate and enjoy the breakfast - just wish it started @ 6:00 every day. Our visit was Thursday - Sunday, so we missed breakfast on Saturday and Sunday as it doesn't start until 7:00 and we had to leave before that."
