"Sinage didn’t direct us to hotel check in from garage, phone didn’t work in room, needed an additional blanket but they only could bring us sheets ~ no blanket. The showers setup was AWFUL and the water was way too scalding hot! "

"Baby area was slippery and water was not clean it had tan foam floating on all edges. We had to wait over 15 mins on a staff member at the bar at the pool chasing someone down to pay the bill once I ordered my drink. Shower head in our room fell off on my son’s head. The bed was broken in the head area which meant uncomfortable sleep. No one came to refresh towels or empty trash in the room. Overall the stay was not great. "

"Such a great hotel. The suite is huge! I was right by the elevator and ice machine, and once the door was closed, didn’t know it. The team at the restaurant were absolutely amazing! Live music—top knotch. I will absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town! "

"The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has a stuffy stench to it. To check in after hours transactions occur through a window. The air conditioning was noisy. The room was very tiny with a rusted suitcase holder. There was hair leftover in the tub. The room felt cold and unwelcoming. "
