"Clean room, casino sucked me dry! 😂 Shower was 4 out of 10"

"The walls are very thin and you can clearly hear conversations in neighboring rooms. There was a long wait for the elevators. When the air turns on in the room it has a musty odor. "

"Easy to self park, front desk very friendly, fast check in. Had dinner at Port 17 in casino, seafood platter very good was enough for 2 people. Drink service in casino was not there, no one ever came around. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was great , hot coffee and delicious omelette."

"The White House was highly recommended from friends but our stay was far from a good experience. To start with, our room on the first floor (107) had a very pungent odor that was attempted to be covered up with glade plug-ins. The odor was a mixture of moldew/mold and a very strong fragrance. It made breathing very difficult and within minutes our throats were irritated and muly wifes felt as though it were closing. We immediately found the plug-in unplugged it and turned on the bathroom vent. We immediately went to the front desk and expressed our concerns with the room. The staff was understanding but unfortunately the hotel was full and there no other rooms available. We asked if there was an air purifier on site in which they responded that there was so we asked if they could put the air purifier in our room while we went to dinner. Upon Our return we enter the room and realize that nothing had been done so we went to the front desk to ask what happened and there was no clear answer as to why it was not done but they told us we could sit in the lobby and wait about 15 to 20 minutes for it to be completed. We also asked that once it was completed that they do not put another plug-in in the room. We walked over to the bar to have a drink while we waited and the bartender immediately said in a rude voice "we're closed", so we sat on one of the couches in the lobby. After 30 minutes and nobody letting us know our room was ready, (see google review for the rest of the story)"

"For the price, I really expected more. We asked for extra coffee for the room twice and never got it. The room was average for the area. We found trash on the floor of our room and under the sides of the bed like it had been overlooked when the room was cleaned. Staff was not friendly or helpful like I would expect on this price point. Overall nice property but nothing special. I have stayed at friendlier and nicer establishments in the area at the same rate. "
