We stayed in the Platinum Tower. We didn't like the glass door to the bathroom but the view from the room was spectacular. We loved the pool and the swim up bar. Great place for the price. I will definitely go back.

We stayed in the platinum towers our room had the pool view. The view of the pool and lake was breathtaking; the room was large and well decorated. It gave us the vibe of staying in a private resort. I have already sent pictures to family and friends and definitely we visit again. Thank you Hardrock Biloxi for helping to make my Grandson Ryan's birthday special.

Rooms were nice! We had a great view overlooking the pool. Pizza was amazing!!! Pool was clean and VERY refreshing. In our room… the glass walls in the bathroom was unusual… when someone got up in the middle of the night, everyone was woken up from the lights. Crazy the pool bar wasn’t completely stocked the whole time they were open. But it was a GREAT STAY! We Will return!!

The check in was seamless. All of the rock and rock memorabilia was amazing. I loved viewing it. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Room amenities were plentiful. The room was very quiet. The room needed a deep cleaning tho. It was surface clean but you could see all the dust around the bed frames and window sills and in the corners. The furniture seemed a bit worn and abused. The walls in the bathroom were in disrepair. I will definitely stay there again but I’d like to see it cleaned up. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Air conditioning sucked it was on 60 but still didn’t feel cool, pool was nice and very clean. The beds were super hard and they never cleaned our room to conserve on energy so we had to bed for towels every day

The covered parking garage was very nice and convenient, and there were elevators on the upper floors so you could easily get your luggage to the front desk to check in and check out. Also, there was no fee for parking a car. The hotel casino had smoking and non-smoking sections that were clearly marked, and you could find popular machines in each section. The Hard Rock Cafe restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which was really nice since you did not have to leave the hotel to eat if you did not want to do so. There were other really nice restaurants in the casino, but they did not open until 4pm daily, so we planned to visit them on certain days. The room had a view of the gulf and the pool, which was great. The staff at the hotel, casino and restaurants were extremely nice and friendly! This was a great place to stay, and the weather was perfect too, no rain!
