"The grounds were well maintained. Staff was helpful. However, for a five star hotel I expected the shower in our room to be larger than a shower in an RV. Also, we had to request that the vent in the bathroom be cleaned bc there was a quarter inch of dust and mildew on the vent. We also had to call and request that our room be cleaned and to get clean linens. Even though the hotel had rooms available perhaps due to the blanket of smoke, we were charged twice the amount for two days as if there...

"Excellent all the way around. Two VERY minor notes. The area code for the taxi service was not listed with the number in the info package and the desk didn't realize it was different than the hotels, The other was that the vending machines (water) took $1.00 bills only and it was not indicated. Spent way too much time trying to figure out if it was the bills, the machine or whatever."

"This is a lovely property in a great location. The breakfast was very disappointing. There were no healthy options, mostly processed packaged foods. There was some kind of hot egg mixture each day but if you don't eat cheese, not so good. Fresh fruit options were limited."
