"Quaint English style Inn in beautiful Southern Humboldt. The best thing about this place is the bar/restaurant. We had dinner there each of the 3 nights we were there. Service and food were excellent. The room was unique with heavy scent of smoke from the wood burning fireplace (which we did not use). "

"A great base camp for your Avenue of the Giants trip. The place was well stocked with any appliance you could ever need, the beds were super comfortable, and the place was super clean. My only recommendation is to make sure you stock up on food prior to arriving in Miranda as the only option is a small but well stocked store."

"The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating, the property is clean and the grounds are well kept. There are a few things that need attention, but nothing a good handyman can’t fix. I prefer this hotel b. The wi-if is free, the staff are so nice, and the hotel is very quiet. It is located at the perfect end of town, across the street from the best restaurant in Garberville, the greatest thrift store, and the only real grocery store in town."
