Great Family Vacation Rental

House is absolutely gorgeous. Everything is as pictured. It’s across the street fm the pool and grilling area which is super nice. Did I mention it’s in a Great location! Not far from the beach and in the middle of everything. Golf cart was super nice and easy to access and drive. Only complaint would be the chairs at the island were super uncomfortable and if you have elderly people in your family that can’t do the stairs, you should pick a different house. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We’ll definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful!!!

This is a great property. We had a group of 14 and it was plenty of space. It was clean and roomy. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much anything you would need. The location is fantastic. You can make a quick and easy walk to the beach or take the provided golf cart. The cart can be driven to many different places, coffee, dinner, the beach, etc. Be sure to take it to 2 Birds for a breakfast sandwich. The pool was great and is SO close to this house. Now, on to the final item worth mentioning.... Alex is the best host I have ever worked with. He was responsive on everything I asked him, prior and during our stay. He is just a gem. All in all, this was the perfect choice. Thank you, Alex!!!

Great location - close to beach. Enjoyed having the golf cart to go back and forth. Had an issue charging the cart and they were quick to help figure out the issue (tripped fuse) Very clean and well equipped. My only suggestion from a group that spent the evenings playing games around the fabulous kitchen island is to get chairs/stools that are more comfortable. They are not for extended sitting.

Amazing vacation rental

This was our first visit to the beaches along the Florida Panhandle, but won’t be our last. The rental house was beautiful, spotless, and very roomy for our party of 8. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pretty much every appliance you might possibly need. Bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of bath towels (as well as swim towels). This was the most well-stocked rental house we’ve ever stayed in. The close proximity of the pool and fishing pond was a huge bonus, as the older kids/teens could come and go as they wanted, while allowing us to keep tabs on them from the house. The golf cart was a blast to cruise around in and made trips to numerous local restaurants and the grocery store even more enjoyable. The nearby beach was quiet, with crystal clear water, soft white sand, and a simple 2 minute ride away in the golf cart. Definitely our favorite Florida beach that we’ve been to yet. Don’t hesitate to reserve this rental because it’s top notch. The kids already want to go back 🙂.

Our family was impressed by this vacation home and amenities.

We booked the home for a family getaway for the first week of June, 2024. Alex was very responsive to questions before booking and always answered promptly. Once there, Justin was able to quickly and efficiently answer a couple of questions about operating an appliance and video game. The house made quite an impression on our family— the photos are good, and the reality is better. Beautifully furnished and spacious. The location in the subdivision is also a huge plus. It’s at the end of a short street, and provides a nice place for kids to play safely outside. The golf cart is a huge asset. It allowed us to have a good plan for beach set-up and tear down, and shuttling parents and kids at different intervals throughout the day. It also provided a fun experience for us grandparents to take the kids for ice cream in the evening. We will have great memories of this trip to Miramar Beach. Huge thumbs up from all!

Great family vacation spot

My family really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Bottoms. The property was clean and well stocked with all the amenities. The beds were comfortable and it was the perfect spot for all 15 of us. The golf cart made it easy to get to and from the beach in no time. We will all remember this trip for a long time and would definitely stay again!!

Home away from home

This home is very spacious and the decor was amazing. It truly felt like a home away from home for our girls trip. It’s also in great location which is near the beach and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Great get away in Miramar

This home was perfect for our family. The best feature is the large prep area that also serves as a large table that seats 14 plus. We had beach time, pool time and family time. Would recommend to all.

Family Vacation

The house was great! Everything was as described in listing. The house was a perfect fit for our families! The community pool was great too, even though the fans and the TVs were out of commission during our stay. The property manager was awesome! Timely Communication was on point! I would recommend this property for sure!

The house was beautiful and well taken care of!!!

We stayed in Sandy Bottoms for a week and enjoyed every minute. The house is beautiful!!! Suggestions: Bring trash bags, toilet paper , paper towels, dishwasher soap, and laundry soap. They don’t provide these items for guests. We would stay here again! It is close to beach(walking distance about 5 blocks), close to restaurants, shopping and activities! We took the cart most places but walked a lot also! We highly recommended this vacation home.

Spectacular property and management.

Our family of 14 were blessed to have been able to book this property for the week of July 4th. Our stay at the property was nothing short of spectacular. It truly was amazing! We had plenty of room for all! Everything we needed was available to us! The booking also came with a six seat golf cart, which we used often, getting our crew back and forth from the beach, shops and dining. The pool area was very nice, and the grills were handy! Alex was always available for any questions we had, his prompt response to all my inquiries was on point and prompt! Shout out to Justin for his help as well! Do yourself a favor and just BOOK it, you won't regret it! Our family is already looking to book at this location next year.

Great place for a gettaway to Destin

This was a great place, great location. Had a few minor issues: refrigerator not working, a substitute was available in the garage. Little bit of an inconvenience, especially given it was very cold in the garage. The dryer on 2nd floor did not work, but there was another dryer on first floor. And finally, not enough silverware and serving utensils. The property manager was very responsive and accomodating for these inconveniences. Inspite of these inconvenience I still would recommend this house.

Great Space and Location

Wonderful stay. We had a big group of the extended family (parents, adult kids, and their kids), so finding a place that could house that 15-person army wasn't simple. This place was perfect...all the bedrooms, the two bunk room spaces, and the giant counter in the kitchen where we could all actually eat together. The space was well-apportioned and nicely designed. Exactly what we were looking for. Beach access was pretty easy with the golf cart. Parking at the beach was borderline impossible at times, but it was a pretty easy walk, so one person walking back and then shuttling the rest back and forth worked great. Pool area was really nice, and it was great that there was so much shade by the pool. The grills made for an excellent cooking experience for our large party, and having the pool right there was great. I usually like to offer some constructive feedback or considerations for others, but I really can't think of anything that didn't meet or exceed our expectations. Thanks to Alex and the team for a great stay!

Amazing vacation home

Nothing fell short of our expectations with this vacation rental property. Everything was very clean and the owner was extremely responsive. Having the golf cart was convenient for going to and from the beach. The pool located across from the property was nice to have before and after the beach. The Green egg grills were easy to use and there were plenty of them for grilling nights. We plan to stay here again in the future.
