"We enjoyed staying at this house. The only complaint are the beds. They were uncomfortable. One of the mattresses upstairs had plastic on it which made it hot. The owner may want to consider replacing the bed and mattress downstairs with a more updated bed. Besides that I would recommend this vacation home."

"We had a great time on our vacation!! The house was amazing especially the pool and back yard area. Great location, easy walk to the beach. The golf cart was a nice addition to the stay. I highly recommend this property and I would even visit again myself. We had a small issue with the pool heater and it was taken care of immediately. The property manager was spot on and very attentive. Loved every part of it!!!"

"Some stuff needs to be replaced or fixed. For example shower door is missing the plastic on the bottom so water is coming outside during a shower. Patio door needs a new locks and grill needst to be replaced."

"The photos didn’t do the house justice! Beautiful accommodations for our multi-family group. The four double-bed bunks (with trundles!) made a fun sleeping experience for the “Littles”. We loved the back yard area (pool, ping pong, fire pit, etc) and the outdoor seating was plentiful. The kitchen appliances could use replacing - but the staff/maintenance folks were very responsive."

"We enjoyed an incredible week of rest and relaxation! The property is in a great location with easy access to anything needed. You can walk out the backdoor to the beautiful and private beach directly on the Gulf. The views from dusk to dawn were incredible. The owners were very prompt with all questions and information before and during the trip. Would highly recommend this property to everyone."

"We had a group of 15 girls for a week. The staff was super communicative and organized. The home was clean and had everything we needed! Our group has 0 complaints and would definitely stay here again. Quick walk to the beach and a safe neighborhood with lots of places to eat and walk around nearby. Definitely recommend!!!"

"The management company was excellent. Very prompt email, easy check in, helpful when needed. The property is dated and need some updates. The living room furniture was in need of cleaning. Overall clean property. Location was great. Kitchen was well appointed. The shower curtain was so short in master bath that shower water ran over. The drains in secondary bath did not drain. Plenty of linens. Guests will need to bring extra trash bags, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Only 1 of each was...

"This spot was perfect for our quick weekend getaway. The golf cart was so helpful to get all over the resort. This is our third time down to Sandestin in the past year and we really enjoyed this side of the resort. Bed was comfortable. Back deck seating overlooks the golf course and bay. We enjoyed the sun rising in the morning and sitting outside for our coffee. Would stay again without hesitation! Thank you!"

"I would give it a 5 star all around but there are a few thing I didn’t like, the stay was great, the wharf town nearby was amazing (expensive tho), the whole neighborhood was amazing, the complementary bicycle rentals are a must! And the view from my room was exceptional. One of the thing I didn’t like was the fees that you have to pay additional to your stay, cleaning fee per stay, resort fees per night and incidental hold per night… its been a couple of days since I checked out and still...

"Conveniently located in the SanDestin Beach and Golf Resort. We had a very nice king studio suite. The kitchenette was very good. Nice pool complex. Good walking trails."
