Mas Colada's is the perfect private little beach house!!!!

  • Beautiful 3 bedroom house on a gated street with a private beach. Gulf Views from the deck. Located right by the outlet mall and Sandestin Resort. The yard is huge. Great yard to host a wedding reception. Accommodations include laundry room, kitchen, family room, and an amazing master suite. This house is located at the end of the road on a gated street. There is absolutely no traffic. The only one driving by is you!! The top floor is a luxurious 1 bedroom very spacious setup. The lower level must be accessed by exterior stairs. The lower level has 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, kitchenette, and family/dining area.
