The first floor of this home boasts beautiful tile floors that lead you into an open floor plan. The kitchen features exquisitely updated granite counters, stainless steel appliances, also 2 seats at the breakfast bar, right behind the kitchen, the dining room features a large wooden table that will seat up to 8. The living room has plenty of seating for all of your family with a 2 couches and 5 oversized chairs. Sit back and enjoy the HUGE flat screen Television or surf the web with what's going on in the area by utilizing the high speed WI-FI that is included in this rental.

The first guest bedroom of this home is located on the main floor. This bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest bathroom is across the hall and features a granite vanity and a glass walk in shower.

Up the stairs, you will find the other two guest bedrooms, and the master bedroom. The second guest bedroom to the left of the stairs has another queen size bed and a flat screen Television, the bathroom within this bedroom features a granite vanity and a glass walk in shower. The third guest bedroom features a king size bed with a flat screen Television. The third guest bathroom also has a granite vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The master suite has a king size bed and a flat screen television with extra seating for private viewing. The large master bathroom has separate granite counters both which come with a separate sink and not only a large tub, but also a spacious walk in shower.

*The home also offers a 4-seater golf cart for easy transportation around the resort! Once you arrive at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort Welcome Center for check-in, an additional $500 damage deposit for the golf cart will be charged/held for up to 14 days after departure. Once an inspection of the golf cart is completed after your departure, the funds will be released back to your card if there is no damage.

**In addition to the 4-seater golf cart that is included with the rental, you also have the option to rent the second golf cart for an additional $100.00 per day + tax! (please let us know if you would like to add the second golf cart) An additional $500 will be charged/held up to 14 days after departure for the golf cart. Once an inspection is completed we will release that back to your card unless there are damages.
