Welcome to “Villa Lago,” a luxurious four-bedroom, four-bath Mediterranean-style home located inside the prestigious Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Thoughtfully designed with expansive living spaces and elegant finishes, this home is ideal for families or groups seeking a refined yet comfortable coastal retreat.

The main living level features an open-concept layout with hardwood flooring throughout, creating a seamless flow between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and ample workspace—perfect for preparing meals and gathering with family and friends. Designer lighting, coastal contemporary décor, and beautiful golf course views elevate the space and create a welcoming atmosphere both indoors and out.

The primary king suite, located on the second floor, offers a private balcony overlooking the golf course and lake. This oversized retreat includes a flat-screen TV and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with dual granite vanities, an oversized soaking tub, and an elegant travertine walk-in shower.

Also on the second floor are two additional guest suites: one featuring a queen bed with a private en-suite bathroom, and another offering a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom—providing comfort and privacy for all guests. The fourth bedroom, located on the main floor, is a custom bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, making it a perfect space for kids or teens. This room adjoins a full hall bathroom.

Guests will also enjoy the convenience of an in-home laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 6-passenger street-legal golf cart, allowing easy access throughout the resort, including Baytowne Wharf, the Marina, and Grand Boulevard.

Sandestin Beach Access Update – Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort's beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.

Sandestin Resort is an amazing vacation spot! Its family friendly atmosphere will keep you coming back for years. Baytowne Wharf is a beautiful pedestrian outdoor plaza with retail stores and restaurants overlooking the bay. For child friendly fun visit the Baytowne BlastArcade & Laser Maze or head to the Baytowne Adventure Zone to zip across the lagoon on the Baytowne Zipline or try your skills on the Sky Trail Ropes aerial obstacle course. If they still haven't had enough fun, the Tower Climb and Eurobungy are attractions sure to thrill them. Smaller children will be delighted to explore the Baytowne Adventure Landing Playground. Relax while the kids play on this imaginative nautical themed playground with slides and towers galore. This is a large enclosed fenced area, where kids can climb, swing, run and play to their hearts content.

Sandestin has many other exciting things to offer. Take a trip to the Marina and eat lunch on the water while watching the Yachts and Sailboats explore the bay. La Dolce Vita at the Marina offers pontoon and Jet Ski rentals for hours of family fun. Sandestin also features amazing golf courses, tennis courts, a SPA and a Fitness Center for additional fees. Sandestin is golf cart friendly! That means you can take the golf cart anywhere in Sandestin and even to the Grand Boulevard Plaza.
