"This was a hidden gem. We booked this hotel close to the airport for our last night in Madrid. This exceeded all our expectations. The room is beautifully designed, spacious and clean. We booked a terrace which was actually quite large and a comfortable space to relax. The mini bar was complimentary and we were offered the airport shuttle. We were blown away by the hotel and the room itself. Our only regret is not staying longer. That said, the hotel is further away from the city center which would make it difficult for longer stays if you want to explore Madrid. It's also not very close to a metro station so keep that in mind."

"To stay in a hotel with many beautiful extras as in free water and a lovely bathroom I was so let down by the fact that we stayed 2 days in the hotel and there was no food or snacks available after the kitchen closed. We had to stay in the room until we could get a taxi in the morning to get something to eat .when we c some downstairs in the morning then kitchen was again closed with no access to the bar or the pool.... Terrible . It really ruined our stay"

"Pagamos una habitacion premium que era solo una estandar. Se inundaba el baño al bañarte. La pileta del hotel no estaba habilitada. Muy mala experiencia por el precio que pague"

"Nice, clean hotel 10 min away from the Madrid Barajas airport. Staff could be a bit friendlier. Has a restaurant but it doesn’t serve dinner until 6pm. Fortunately there are some nice, family owned food places within walking distance. 😀"

"Hotel is pretty nice, easy to get around. The room we had was a smaller size and I had requested a queen or at least one bed for two adults but got to singles stuck together with separate bedding. The food in the restaurant is mediocre at best, really needs improvement. Good location and shuttle service!"
