"As I've stayed here on two occasions, I would say that the rooms are very clean and spacious. Though they do have an odor to them that I would not say unpleasant, but present! Aside from that, the staff, check in/out, facilities etc. were pretty good. I will be staying here again in the future."

"This property was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in and the host was available to help as needed. We had a great time in Concord and this place is close to a lot of walkable historic sites plus Main Street attractions. The kitchen is well stocked, the only thing we wish it had was a toaster. We hope to return! "

"My traveling companion and I arrived at this ‘inn’ and we were floored at the truly awful conditions of the room and property. The photos completely misrepresented the state it’s in.There was no way we could stay there and had to rebook at a different hotel. The manager at the time agreed to refund the full amount, which I appreciated. With that show of good faith, I was not planning to leave a bad review in order to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the refund never came through and the property has not responded to a single request from Expedia to process the refund. DO NOT STAY HERE."
