All in all a good spot for us and it should of been great but ... is it too much to ask that snow be removed from driveway and walkway? Got pretty slippery during our 3 night stay. Smoke/CO detector went off, as there was no smoke and it flashed CO at one point so we had to assume it was CO. Landlord wanted to believe it was low battery alarm but was not, gas company called and cleared the place, he thought it was a faulty CO detector. Landlord offered new batteries if that was problem and eventually offered to bring over a new detector. Never saw either. Other than that bit of drama, it was ok.

Great stay.

Loved the stay! It had a lot of room. Rooms didn’t feel packed even with a lot of beds! Will book again next time I’m in the Twin Cities!

Large family reunion

A great, clean place to stay! Close to places in both Minneapolis and St. Paul for day trips. Many places for people to sleep. We had some trouble with the oven and the host fixed it the same day. We would consider staying there again.

Vacation with sports

My husband and I took 2 of our kids to The Mn Wild and The Mn Vikings games while we stayed at our rental house. The rental was clean and roomy for us!

Perfect place for larger group

We had our family up to attend the Vikings game and this was the perfect place. Plenty of space in living room and kitchen. Lots of beds and sleeping space. Very clean! Will stay again!

Roomy and good for busy schedules

Was there for my son’s wedding with daughters and their families. Nice location for all our needs.However, the dishwasher is falling out of its casing. The bathroom sink will not plug. No spices at all, not even salt and pepper. If these issues are dealt with We would stay again.

Inside was beautiful, spacious and clean. However, there should be an exterior picture. You do have a place to park, but the driveway is shared with the neighbor (so the neighbor house is relatively close). If you are traveling with a group it would be a pain to have multiple vehicles. The neighbor also has small kids that would occasionally be screaming outside and slamming doors so we could hear everything. This home is a duplex and we could not hear anything from the people staying in the other half of the home. I only recommend bringing your own ingredients for cooking. There was only salt and pepper. No cooking oil or other spices. All kitchen utensils were provided.

Probably a first

For the first time with our large media team, we were able to have a bed for every single person on the team. Loads of space for sleep, as well as hangout time. The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. We appreciate the accommodations!

Girls weekend in the Cities

We loved staying here. It was mat perfect, but it was great having so many beds. The living space is small, but as pictured. The only down fall to the experience was parking situations. The host told us we could park basically all the way to through the back yard and noted there was a decent sized pad to park on, but the neighbors cars were parked there and we weren’t able to fit other cars on the parking pad because of it. Luckily we were able to find street parking near the house. Definitely not a deal breaker by any means,however!!! The hosts were great to work with and i appreciated the minimal requirements for check out! It made packing up easy and quick!

Excellent VRBO for a big group!

Exactly as described. Loved the ease of cleanup. Very central location. There were 6 of us for a bachelorette party and we easily could have had 3-4 more girls comfortably. Did not have to contact the property manager at all during stay. On the day of, they did contact me to let me know the cleaners were running behind, but we had planned to make a stop before arriving and cleaners were done and out by the time we got there! Cleanliness, location, space, affordability. All 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious 2 level side by side unit

We thought it was a a whole house but ended up to be a 2 level side by side unit. The check in process was easy. We liked the clean and spacious place but didn't utilize all the rooms even though there were plenty of beds. However, the beds were not as comfortable and with the constant noise of the trains running at night time, made it hard to sleep. There were plenty of towels the two bathrooms and a large refrigerator which was a plus. But the WiFi did not work well and the TV shut on and off at times along with the Internet. When we contacted the host, Rachael, she responded only once back during our week stay that she would reset the Internet box but on other days, we didn't get any communication back. Then there was the rude next door neighbor who likes parking their car in the same shared driveway so we had to park our car on the off street parking instead. Lastly, we left our plant in the living room and we had requested to retrieve the plant back but the host refused to ask the new guests for it and it took 6 days for us to get it back because we had to wait until the other guests checked out of the unit first before we could it. Our family stay was okay but could've been better.

Family trip pit stop

Looks small on the outside but can sleep many people. Having multiple bathrooms is nice, access to laundry as well. Plenty of linen and towels available to use.

Plenty of space in convenient location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St Paul. The house was large enough for our multigenerational group of 9. The large square dining table and and plenty of rooms and bed options worked for everyone. The location is central and conveniently located for many TC sights. Very clean.

Convenient location for Como Park and other Saint Paul attractions. The space was well utilized and well equipped for our group of seven adults. It was very clean and everything was in good working order. Furnishings were comfortable, but a few mattresses were a bit too soft for our tastes. Host communicated well and we were quite happy with the value.
