Very clean and modern. I like the kitchenette in the room; all new appliances. There is a convenient, inexpensive parking lot across the street and a large parking garage next door. The only downside is the lack of restaurants and other amenities in the area. That said, Keys Cafe and Bakery, the historic Fitzgerald Theater, Alaryโ€™s BBQ and the state capitol are within walking distance. There are two historic churches around the corner.

We loved how easy it was to check-in and out. Also I loved that I could use my phone or a code to get into the building which made everything feel much safer! The staff were all so nice and welcoming as well!

I did not use the gym, however, I should have used the Laundry room a little earlier (on my floor) I had to go down to the 4th floor -- guest Failed to remove their clothes after washing and drying .. I was a bit inconvenient .. but overall, the stay was perfect ๐Ÿ‘Œ

I really liked this hotel. It was a great little boutique style hotel. I really enjoyed the self check-in, digital key style to the property. It had a nice gym in the basement that I was unaware of prior to arrival which was a great bonus. If you're staying in the area for a specific event, this is a great spot!

Location was convenient for access to the theater. Location was very loud, we could hear all traffic starting at 7 AM. Additionally, currently lots of construction in the area, blocking many main sidewalks. Cleanliness was okay. Rugs weren't super clean in the room and the main areas/elevators had a very perfumed smell. Room was very cold and the bedding wasn't think or soft. Overall, it was just okay. Not terrible, but expected better given the expedia rating.
