"The room is clean. The staff is very professional and helpful. I had trouble locating the shuttle bus at the airport. Every time I called, the front desk staff were very patient and helpful. The shuttle bus operates hourly, so waiting is a bit long if you miss one."

Especially Fred and Leo who helped me locate some items that I thought I wouldn’t be able to get. They went out and found it and paid with their own money to procure it. I was shocked.
