The room exceeded my expectations! It is very spacious, beautifully designed, and definitely value for money. The location is also excellent, just a short walk to the subway station which makes traveling around Beijing super convenient. I especially love how big and classic the room feels, it gave me such a comfortable and memorable stay. I would 100% book this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing!

王猛猛 Mr. Wang in the front desk recognized me when I walked in.( Last time I stayed here a while ago) He booked the room and answered my questions of the rooms I booked for others. He mad sure rooms of all my guests were on the same floor. When I checked out this morning, he remembered my booking dates in Nov. 7th, which is 9 days from now. The cleaning lady cleaned my room everyday with all the care even when I was in the meeting. My room is always fresh and clean like home. The ladies works in the cafe area in the lobby made sure my guests’ tea cup were filled for three hours. My guests were impressed of how the service was done. Traveling on the road to different countries for six months non stop, people in this hotel makes me feel at home.

Locality was great... Subway station close by... Rooms and bathroom was serviced daily with clean white towels. However, breakfast options should be considered... halaal/kosher meals

We selected a non-smoking room and it still smelled like someone had been smoking in there. But the room was clean. There was a great breakfast buffet. The staff was super helpful and kind, easy to work with. They were very responsive and met requests immediately. They even provided me with a scale to weigh my luggage for my return flight. Overall a good experience!
