Bearing in mind the cost of our stay, the room was ok but the toilet seat was loose and cause my wife some anxiety. We were dealt with in a friendly and helpful manner throughout and breakfast was ok

The server in the morning was very sweet. It was clean and pretty comfortable but the duvet cover was too small for the duvet so it didn’t lie flat! Parking might be problematic if it was busier but when we were there we were directly outside. It's a great location

Great Stay

Great stay here. Lovely big breakfast and red hot which I like. Great ingredients. Service was fabulous. Only gripe is the double bed (zipper) has a hard ridge in middle so a tad uncomfortable. Spotlessly clean tho throughout.

Excellent 4 night stay

Very enjoyable stay. Lovely room, great location and friendly, helpful staff who were very knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips about day trips etc. Great breakfast and our evening meal was lovely. Will be staying again.

Bristol Channel experience

Had to wait a little for the room and the toilet seat was loose but otherwise we had a pleasant time with good service and a lovely view of the Bristol Channel Will use again if in the area

We were greeted warmly on our arrival. Everything was explained in a friendly but professional manner. We were taken up to our room which all wasn't huge was comfortable with a tea tray and kettle. The bathroom was gorgeous. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well organised and nothing was too much trouble for Colette and the team . The property is away from Butlins with a lovely walk either way out the property. It's very quite here.

Great location, especially for anyone starting the SWCP. Ok place to crash for a couple of nights but not the most comfortable stay overall - sound coming through from other rooms is definitely the biggest problem.

Good location, great hosts, delicious breakfast

Great, short stay at The Quay. Room was cosy and had all we needed, plus a sea view. It was clean, quiet and we had a great night sleep. Owners/staff were very polite on arrival, breakfast (which was delicious) and departure. Good location within a very short walk from the high street, bars etc but far enough away to be quiet. Would stay again. Thanks!

Nice location, but room was very tired and in desperate need of a deep clean. Wasn't impressed with lack of toiletries. Quite a bit of noise from the bar below the room. Breakfast service started too late a 8.30, and wasn't amazing.

Warm and friendly quay inn

Have been here three times now the new owners are fantastic very friendly and welcoming the room was Very clean excellent views over the sea and dock food was outstanding we both had fillet steak and was spot on breakfast was great good quality food. They have a very tidy garden at rear and are 5 mins away from flower garden and town would recommend and defiantly be staying again.
