"“The hotel stay did not meet expectations. There was significant noise throughout the night from children running in the room above. Additionally, the bedsheets had a blood stain upon arrival, which raised concerns about cleanliness. The ice machine located next door was quite loud, and the walls were very thin, making it difficult for my entire party to get any rest. Furthermore, the breakfast service was lacking, as several items were unavailable.”"
