"The hotel is very clean, very close to the train station. Only 3 stops to Disneyland. Convenience store just at the entrance of the hotel. About 11000yen from Haneda airport to the hotel. Staffs are very nice and patient. Breakfast has western style and Japanese style, offers variety of selection, awesome to start a day! Highly recommended for this hotel!"

"I recently stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel and had a bit of a mixed experience overall. When I first checked in, I was assigned a room in the South Tower that hadn’t been renovated yet. Unfortunately, the room felt quite dated and a bit worn, and it gave off a slightly unclean impression despite being serviced. That said, the highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. I spoke with the front desk about my concerns, and they were incredibly friendly, understanding, and professional. They offered me the option to upgrade, and I decided to go for it. I’m really glad I did. The upgraded room was a completely different experience: modern, clean, and very comfortable. While I do think the unrenovated rooms could use some attention, the excellent service and the quality of the upgraded accommodations really turned things around for me. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend opting for one of the renovated rooms from the start."
