"We arrived 2 hours after check-in and the rooms that I booked were not ready. The desk clerk said, “they were short staffed and did not know when the rooms would be ready”. I booked king bed rooms w/bathroom accessiblity and a couch; but all that they had was 2 Queen rooms. I asked about a price difference in the two rooms; she said, that both rooms (King and Queen room) had 2 beds so there was no difference in price. (I’m not sure how a sleeper sofa is considered a bed??) - The floors were not cleaned, the bathtub had soap (?) residue in the soap tray and black spots on the ceiling. - The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. The IHOP that is part of the hotel had a good breakfast."

"The beds are very comfortable. The room has minimalist bare bones furnishings including furniture with sharp pointie corners and cabinets, probably not good if you have children. The room was dirty, bedding was clean. If you don't clean the rooms everyday, you can't keep up with it, however this seems to be the norm since covid. Enjoyed watching the alligators and turtles in the back pond. TV system has a clunky interface with limited scrolling of channels. Remote is very basic. Bring your own entertainment. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but do have concerns about the cleanliness of the rooms. I don't want to see may hairs."
