"We rented this house to visit extended family during Christmas break. The house had pros and cons, and I will start with the pros. Pros: 1. The house was large and had plenty of space with it's 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, family room, kitchen with breakfast nook, dining room and a room with ping pong table. There was also a family room in basement. 2. Great location as it pertains to the view from the back of the house with the river, trees, etc....I'm sure it would have been even better during...

"My family stopped here during our road trip home on vacation. It was a clean and cozy stop for our last night traveling. It’s a very spacious house with lots of comfy spots for sleeping. We also had a great time catching fireflies in the yard."

"The house is very nice and clean. Hosts communicate promply. Stocked with whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Only trouble we had was actually finding the house due to it has a separate small road to get to it. Other than that A. Would definitely recommend. "

"This is such an adorable house! Retro is right! This place was so fun to stay at! the decor was amazing, right down to a record player with vinyl! The location was great in Gallipolis. So nice to have an option that is not one of the hotels there. Would definetly stay again. "

"The home is located near Marshall University and near St. Mary’s. Downtown Huntington is a short drive. The home has been updated and has very comfortable furnishings and new appliances. Plenty of room for a family. We had a great time visiting friends and family in the area. The host was fantastic with communication. "

"Arrived at 3:30, dirty sheets on beds, dirty towels in the bathroom floors. Could not reach the host. Could not stay in unclean environment. Had to find a hotel and Vrbo did not cover the entire cost. I am not happy. "
