  • Offering incredible views is a beautiful 4 bedroom Villa with Private Pool in Bogazici which has been lovingly cared for by the owners as 2nd home for 10 years, and has been offered for rental since 2019. The spacious accommodation, with beautiful panoramic views from its elevated position, is situated on a large plot within the ever popular Turquoise resort in Bogazici, a few miles from the beautiful resort of Bodrum.

    Comprising 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, super fast broadband, a spacious garden, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre, a bar and multiple local beaches, this villa gives you the chance to enjoy a fantastic family holiday for less than you'd expect to pay for accommodation of this quality. As well as the private pool, there is a large pool on site, with slides for the children, and guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant, with live entertainment, or take a short stroll to various bars and restaurants nearby.

    Featuring a kitchen with all mod cons, including a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, oven, kettle and a toaster, the villa also comes with a TV in lounge and master bedroom, ironing facilities, a patio area with a BBQ and seating for al fresco dining, together with a balcony to enjoy the stunning views.

    A hire car is useful but not essential with regular buses and / or taxis available to Bodrum itself just 20 miles from the villa, and the quaint fishing village of Bogazici just 5 minutes away with its harbour-side restaurants. The resorts of Gümbet and Yalikavak are a 40 minute drive from the property. The nearest airport is Milas-Bodrum just 11 miles away from the villa - a short taxi ride. The owner is able to arrange transfers or car rentals from the airport, if required.

    JADE 15 on the superb Turquoise Resort, is peaceful enough to while away the hours with a good book by the pool, but only a short journey away from some lively restaurants and bars during the vacation season, so you and your family can experience the best of both worlds.

    Compared to the Eurozone, the fantastic exchange rate between the £ and the Turkish Lira means that you are guaranteed to get superb value for money, which, along with Turkey's famously friendly people, stunning views and beautiful weather is why Turkey is one of the most popular tourist destinations.

Fantastic villa

Great sized villa in a quiet location which suited my family needs. Stayed for 4 weeks ! Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Villa is situated on a hilly site, but there is an access gate to get to shops easier ! Turquoise restaurant deliver to the villa, and you can easily access taxis.

Lovely week

Lovely week at this property, it had everything you could need for a relaxing time. Private pool was just right and the shared facilities excellent. Only downside for anyone with mobility problems was the fact that there are very steep hills to tackle although taxis are cheap and easy to come by.

Chilled and relaxing stay . Friendly place , relatively cheap . The villa is lovely, a few maintenance issues and problems with the water but that was due to the local reservoir so couldn’t be helped . I would stay again . A bit tired in places but still a great stay for a chilled out holiday . Sad to be leaving .

Great family retreat

The house itself is quite nice, with a private swimming pool and stunning views. The house had everything you need whether you wanna cook or you need a sunblock before swimming. The house is about 30-40mim drive to Bodrum. Paula, the property manager was very kind and responsive. I have forgotten few stuffs and she kindly mailed it to me. Overall, we had a really great experience. I will definitely recommend this place for couples and family.

My experience

The property itself could be really nice, lovely view's. But when we arrived, It was dirty, we had we re-wash bed sheets and towels, and there was know one there to greet us. The outside needed sorting, pool was dirty and there was not enough sunbeds for the number of guests. All floor's needed cleaning and the kitchen appliances all needed cleaning and replacing. The villa is on a hill and there are a lot of steps to get down to the villa it self, which we knew nothing about. If you have any disabilities you would not be able to access the villa, even babies and prams would be difficult. My stepdad has parkinsons and he found it extremely hard some days/nights to get down them. No lights for them either, for safety.

Lovely large villa

Thanks Ian for the great information that you send out prior to the trip. Ugur and the boat trip was fantastic - a highlight of the holiday. Villa was clean, lovely and spacious and pool was great. Everything you needed for a good stay - we did cook once or twice and had everything we needed to do so. We ate out most of the time - choice not great (if you want to walk) but Sunset Cafe was lovely and Gol & Et (above the larger Migros supermarket) was great. All in all really nice relaxing holiday.

Fantastic villa

The villa was everything we hoped it would be. Really good location for supermarkets and restaurants. Lots within walking distance. The private pool was amazing. Comfortable beds and furniture, ( important for 2 week stay ) . Would recommend car hire if you want to travel but we didn’t as booked for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend the on site restaurant as staff are more interested in there phones than service. On site shop staff are lovely and helpful. Ian Bidmead was really helpful and let us change dates a few times. Paula was available to answer our questions while there. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Great villa with good local amenities

Spacious property. Garden is pretty private and only overlooked by one property next door, however it seems to be privately owned so was empty for most of the time we were there. The pool is plenty big enough for splashing around in and there were various lilo's available. The sun is on the pool for most of the day (that was early June), and it was shaded from about 5pm-ish. There are various shaded areas around the garden. The Clubhouse is 2 mins walk if you go out through the back of the garden. The pool is nice and there are a couple of water slides. Loads of sun beds and umbrellas. There is a tennis court that we used a lot (use the racquets in the villa, they are old but much better than the ones you can borrow). Balls are available from the security lodge but we did buy some and left them behind. There is also a crazy golf but it has seen better days. The local dogs like to sleep in the garden overnight but they were very placid and wandered off as soon as we were up and about. The area is quite rural so some of the roads aren't in great condition. There are also some steep hills but it's all part of the fun of exploring a different country! There are several good restaurants in walking distance and the staff were all really friendly and welcoming and spoke English. There are several small beaches within a few minutes drive with good facilities, including food, ice creams, toilets, umbrellas, sun loungers. One has little tiki huts full of cushions.

Der Check in war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist groß und es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Die Betten schlafen sich gut. In jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die man dort im Hochsommer definitiv auch Mal braucht. Der Pool ist toll und die Aussicht der Hammer. Im großen und ganzen war es ein gelungener Urlaub.
