"I feel compelled to warn others. Our stay was ruined by construction noise starting at 8 AM. However, the worst part was the management's refusal to help after we left my son's refrigerated medication behind. Even though I offered to pay for everything to have it sent to Rome, they were completely unhelpful. For a daily, injectable medicine, you would expect at least some effort or compassion. They simply didn't care."

"Everything was terrible from check in where we were sent to some horror film looking room up 3 flights of stairs to a desk manager who obviously sent us there after our original room was not available, and I could not understand the ineptitude, though I was always polite. The place smells and the hallway carpets are dirty and stained, there was even dog feces in the hallway The room bedsheets had curly pubic hair in them . The bathroom floor had dried urine around the toilet. The bathtub had dirt in it and was clogged It took 5 minutes for the water to drain This room was so dirty that we peeled off the top sheets and slot with our clothes on There is no way this is a 4 star hotel I"

"We stayed at Hotel Brunelleschi in Milan for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is very centrally located, just a 4–6 minute walk from the Duomo, which made it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and enjoying the heart of Milan. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and we felt the price was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent location. The cleaning staff also deserve special mention: they were efficient, polite, and kept everything spotless. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel restaurant, which was delicious and beautifully prepared. Overall, Hotel Brunelleschi offered a great combination of comfort, location, service, and value. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan."
