Awesome place and location
Apartment was clean warm and welcoming! Accommodations were just as described, plenty of beds for a family of 2 adults and 5 children. Staff were amazing. Close to lots of shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend to others. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for 4 nights as a family with a 4 year old. The location couldn’t be any better, with the Duomo literally around the corner! Easy access to shops and plenty of places to eat as well. Supermarket just next door and felt really safe. The apartment itself was lovely with all amenities as required. Good communication with the office via WhatsApp and nice and spacious.

The service team was exceptional. Clear communications. Alertness. Helpfulness. And professional. This is probably the best rent service team I have ever encountered in Europe....by far. There is nothing really negative for me to say. I highly recommend Heart Apts, and I will visit them again soon. Great job! Five shining stars.

The best thing about this apartment was the location, only a 5 minute walk to the Duomo thru the Galeria. Very convenient to all of the main attractions. Parking was not too bad. We dropped all our stuff off and parked, also about a 5 min walk. The apartment was clean and comfortable, not much of a view, but it served all our needs. We had a very nice stay.

The property was spacious and clean for 4 adults. It was on the first floor so you could easily walk to the apartment or take the elevator. Eduardo and Antonio were very helpful and they communicated with us frequently. We booked our taxi through them and it was helpful that they gave us the taxi phone number. It was close to shopping, cultural places etc. We really appreciated that we could go back to the apartment during the very hot days to cool down.

We loved the very clean, comfortable spacious apartment that has such a great location that we walked almost everywhere and enjoyed the local culture. It is near the Milano Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II full of shopping and restaurants and even near the Hard Rock Cafe Milan. But I could go on and on about all that is within walking distance. A Carrfour market for drinking water is just 2 minutes away. The support team of the apartment keeps in contact offering any help needed. They really go out of their way to be sure you have a pleasant stay. We would gladly stay here again.

Great apartment for our family of 4. Clean, more room than we even needed, and all the amenities that you’d want (washing machine doesn’t have a dryer but not a big deal). Super central location, we were able to cover so much of the city on foot. Check in was super easy as we were greeted right when we arrived and given the keys. Very helpful and even sent us some great recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The apartment is convenient ly located in walking distance to duomo and shopping. The condition of the apartment, however is just okay, nothing fancy or anything above average. There was a construction right outside the balcony, so the light and noise was going on all day and all night.
