"You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free. "

"Me and my partner had a lovely night here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and of course the cypress bath was amazing! We also enjoyed the rain shower. The hotel is a bit hard to find as it's tucked back into a residential neighborhood, but that meant it was pretty quiet. Google maps got us there fine though. If you're after someplace that's low key and relaxing, this is a good spot!"

"Location was terrible, garbage collection and sewer collection across the road not to mention the runway and shakes the structure when they take off. Place had an odor of mold in it. When we arrived it was a cold rainy day and our room was just above freezing. Took 5 hours with the lack of insulation in the house to warm up enough to remove our coats. "This was my 3rd stay at Soranoyu. The facility is always nice and clean and amenities and services are updated regularly so that repeated customer won’t get too tired of their services and amenities. After over 10 hour flight in tiny economy seat to sit down, coming here to take a break for mind and body make the trip more enjoyable. I forgot to bring the key to go to the bathroom in a middle of the night, but no stress! There is always a front desk staff who can help you. (Thank you!☺️) This facility has a room for a family, couple and or a small group and also have a family Onsen to reserve ahead."
