The bartender/waitress Andrea in the on-site restaurant was amazing. She was very helpful with drink and food choices. She was friendly, attentive, and had a great personality. The food was very good in the restaurant. Rooms were clean.

Clean, quick check in, nice area right off the hwy and less than 30 minutes to the area where everything was located. AC didn’t seem to stay consistently cold, & the room kind of had a wet smell to it. The pillows were comfortable and bed but the pillows had a slight smell to them. Beautiful place, and they have happy hour at the bar.

Customer service is fantastic from the general manager of the place the showers were sub par low pressure and not hot in any shape or form i do not think we will be rebooking with the four points again

I stayed a weekend here. The rooms were clean the staff was really nice. I would stay again. Some issues we had there were the lights in our hallway were out all day for one of the days and the door from the pool to the hotel was broken, but with no sign, so once you got out to the pool the door wouldn’t let us back in and we had to walk around the building to get in. I spoke to the front desk and it was a known issue. I consider those things small inconveniences that didn't affect my stay in a major way.
