"Basically clean Tapes in bathroom were dirty I cleaned them off with a little elbow grease I asked the cleaning lady if she could clean the tub Said she sprays and wipes Well there is layers of skin oil and dirt that you can feel Let her know it needed scrubed Well came back and she had only sprayed it again I’m sure all the tubs are the same Good old Ajax or comet do the trick Definitely need a better cleaner Waited till I came home Not just this hotel but many others also No one wants to really clean They just wipe over "

"I was in town to attend a short course at the local Georgian College. Although the area had received a very large amount of snow during the winter, They did what they could to provide as much parking and space as possible. Unfortunately this made the bbqs inaccessible and unusable. I understand but since i had messaged the property about the bbqs prior to the trip, a reply stating inaccessibility would have been good. Room was very clean and comfortable. there is a desk, small fridge and microwave which allowed me to still have meals without eating out every day. The room was, clearly, recently renovated. fresh paint, still had a faint smell of new carpet. completely renovated bathroom with a large step in tiled shower instead of the typical tub/shower. overall enjoyed and got great value for dollar. "

"We went for a hockey tournament. I understand these can get loud in hotels for other guests. But we had just gotten back to our rooms being gone all day at games walked out of our room and was standing in hallway waiting for my husband to come out of the room also not really making noise or doing anything wrong and security came up and starting getting mad at me for waiting in the hallway outside my room at 5:30. "The room was large and quite clean. Lighting was poor in all areas of the room. They need to keep up on maintenance as there was a large split in the ceiling from previous water damage that needed patching and painting. Bed was clean and comfortable. Washroom was also clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good however the hot portion was made at 7am and not touched until it closed at 9am. Staff was courteous and checkin/checkout was easy and fast. Overall a cheap price but very good value for your money. Would definitely stay again."

"Room was absolutely spotless, Carrie came n deliveredy invoice personally, the room has every lil detail covered from coffee, sugar, creamer, utensils, dishes, even dish soap lol. I would give this place an 11 out of 10"
