"Placed a travel basketball team on the 4th floor above everyone and allowed them to dribble basketballs in the room at all hours of the night while parents got drunk in the lobby. Did nothing when I notified them and backed out of giving me a refund for one night. Ran by children, DONT GO"

The staff was friendly both when we checked in (at 9pm) and out and when I ran down to the desk at 11pm because I forgot my tooth brush. Breakfast was great. Hot and constantly restocked. Great location for the city and to holland for the tulip festival. "

"Know that you have to pay for linens exchange. All cookware has to be paid for as well. Slightly sketchy but good if you need somewhere to sleep while on the road. The staff is not available after a certain time and aren’t available until late morning. Rooms are mostly clean, but bed and bedsheets/comforters are very thin. Almost emergency blanket quality. Ok for the price, but definitely not a frequent stay."
