"The breakfast buffet and dinner meals are always good. I've only stayed twice at a Drury Inn and Suites and both times they were low on food, plates and silverware. Someone had to keep asking staff to bring more out. Also, the hotel bathroom in the Grand Rapids location had very slippery when wet tile... Dangerous, especially to elderly people."

"We stay here when we're in town with our dog. The hotel is clean and updated, the beds are comfy. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I didn't give it five stars because there's usually something slightly janky, like this time the pocket door to our bathroom was off track and we were too tired to call and ask someone to come fix it, so we just dealt with it. The grounds around the back, where we walk our dog, is a bit rough, with an unmaintained volleyball court and stacked storage containers. But overall we appreciate our stay."

"I booked for a night with my family and it was very good. The staff was very friendly. The place was very neat and tidy the view is magnificent. I recommend this place 100% to anyone who wants a quiet, peaceful and a beautiful place."
