"This is the hotel I stay at every time when I travel to Beijing all because the customer service is exceptional. I stayed for 17 days this time around, honestly, from the service manager to front desk personnel, to the cleaning maid, to the doorman, everyone made me feel like I’m right at home. It was an excellent experience, will definitely stay again."

"The property is located inside a shopping mall and has a very sophisticated entrance. The rooms are chic and sustainably designed with city views. Staff was wonderful and friendly, and the buffet breakfast was filled with a lot of delicious options. Would definitely stay here again!"
