"Everything was perfect. The ONLY one downside was that I asked for a late check out and on the website it was posted one amount, but the attendant told me something different. It still worked out, BUT THE HOTEL WAS AMAZING. Definitely will return"

"We had a great stay! So much action a block away from this property. Great restaurants, coffee shops, breweries within walking distance. But also very walkable residential neighborhood with beautiful homes, parks and a really historic cemetery nearby (Muhammad Ali and Colonel Sanders). This is an old home that has been nicely remodeled with all the amenities you would need. Extremely clean property with nice design style inside."

"The Bax was perfect for our girls getaway. There were lots of little touches that were very appreciated. Lots of space throughout and the terrace was enjoyable for relaxation and a drink after being out all day. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. There’s not much I would change about this property. Would highly recommend!"

"This was a perfect unit for our team working the Utility Expo. Easy access to a variety of great dining options and night life. House was clean, very organized and inviting. Outdoor space was awesome, even though the usage was minimal due to the rain. Game room was super comfy and a great gathering spot. Nice to have a garage to use due to the limited off street parking. "This is a short Uber ride to whiskey row and a short walk to a ton of restaurants.The only complaint is most of the restaurants do not open for lunch but we were able to find something close. The only complaint on the house is there is not really a place to hang out outside and have a drink or 2. Owner was very responsive and non intrusive "
