"It's a great hotel in a fantastic location, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean, the lobby was nice, and people were very friendly. But the elevators...dang. They are just terrible. There's confusion with how they work, as there are two different systems in place, and they just take FOREVER to get to the top floors. There can be very long lines to wait when you're heading up, and then once you're on them you're stuck with a LOT of people with no air circulation, and they stop at almost every floor, even when the buttons haven't been engaged. I hope this is something they can correct soon, because otherwise this is a fantastic hotel."
