"Billed as one of BWs finest, this hotel falls short. Dated bedrooms, worn fittings and windows that sound open when closed add to the disappointment. On this occasion the door system was broken which meant the staff had to open the door each time you wanted to get into the room. I must say, they did this faultlessly though and it didn’t impact the stay.
