"This is our second stay.Owner is very accommodating and communicative, truly wants guests to have a great stay and feel at home. Didn't have a chance to use the screened porch but it would be a nice place to relax.Most of the interior has been remodeled and couch and bed are comfortable. We also appreciated that the checkout process is simple. Thank you for allowing our stay!"

"The house was clean and well kept. The location is close to a Kroger for any grocery needs. Fairly close to the highway. The A/C working during a week of 100 weather was fantastic with one small comment. The AC is fairly loud so if you are a light sleeper - may just want to be aware. Would absolutely stay again. "
"My daughter and I stayed here for the week, while she was participating in an event at the Sharonville Convention Center. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, not too far from shops and restaurants in Loveland. It’s an older home and is decorated very nicely and modernized. Everything was clean and fresh when we arrived. It was quite warm when we were there, so I do think the upstairs had a little bit of a hard time keeping as cool as the 1st floor; so you may want to consider packing a fan if you will be staying in one of the upstairs bedrooms (the twin beds or the king bed). We did have one issue with the smoke alarm sounding, as we believe the batteries were dying; but I contacted the host, and they came right away and took care of it. They were very responsive! We would absolutely stay here again, if ever back in the area. It’s a great place to stay and relax, the host was great to work with, local stores and restaurants are just minutes away (some within walking distance), and it’s only about 15-20 minutes away from everything else you might need (Convention Center, Kings Island, larger shopping and restaurant areas). "

"We had an amazing weekend biking the Little Miami Bike Trail! Loveland was the perfect home base—charming, vibrant, and full of great restaurants and spots to relax with a drink after a long ride. The property’s location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk or ride to both downtown and the trail. If you enjoy biking paved trails, this is an ideal spot. We covered over 120 miles in two days and also explored some of the local attractions in the area.The house was perfect for us and our two small dogs—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with extra touches that made the stay even better. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again."

"A clean cozy and well appointed apartment. Everything needed is there, bed is super comfortable , slept well. Quiet place is a short walk to a cool American town with coffee shops , bars , music and great food , with access to the bike/walk trail. Real Americana. "
