We purchased a 1 bedroom suite for two adults and two children. The pull out couch did not have any linens and the hotel stated that they did not have any extra linens. We had to take our linens off of our bed to ensure that our kids could have linens. There was no manager on duty.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this one was one of the worst. There were no sheets or blankets for the pull out couch anywhere in the room, the shower was dirty when I went to use it, there were several unattended teenage boys running the halls, banging on my door to my room, and screaming until well after midnight. Overall, I was unimpressed with the entire thing. The staff were so busy talking to each other about being overstaffed for the day that it took me extra time to check out because they didn’t want me to interrupt their conversation. If there are other options, I would take any of them over this place.

Not the most attentive desk staff. Room signage offers some toiletries that were out of stock when I asked. I always expect to be asked about the quality of my stay when I checked out, and I was not. Had a rough weekend with a lot of unattended kids for school events running wild in the hallways. Would’ve preferred distance from kids and all of their rooms. Rooms are nice, though, overall.
