Yotel was a very clean, progressive hotel. Staff were very nice and very easy to check in. Great location with CVS pharmacy and 7-11 on the same block. 2 blocks from Bayside Marketplace. Great location! Would definitely stay again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An excellent experience from beginning to end! Everything exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay. The facilities, atmosphere, comfort, and service made our visit very pleasant. The hotel and amenities were clean and accessible. The service was poor though, long wait times to be checked in and super long wait for items such as towels requested from housekeeping. Also was waiting long to be served at the restaurant downstairs in the lobby. Elevator wait times were also long during check out times.

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hotel. Louis at the front desk and all the people in the restaurant were more than helpful. Lewis is a gem to have at that hotel! Super clean and nice location.

I loved the retro vibe of the hotel! I spent a lot of time by the pool and really enjoyed my stay! The food from the restaurant was okay, I’d recommend eating out instead.

The check-in process was horrible. We got there about 2 hours before check-in. Completely understandable that our room wasn’t ready then. Three o’clock rolls around and the room still was not ready. Didn’t get our room until 03:45 pm. The lobby was chaotic. Room was ok. Kinda weird but I read the reviews and knew the rooms were not your standard everyday room. Bed was adjustable but every time it’s adjusted it makes a horrible noise. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 3 stars is because they let us hang out at the pool that had comfortable seating for a few hours after checkout because our cruise boarding time was 4 pm.
