"Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, comfortable, and the service was attentive and efficient. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. The room was spotless, stylish, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. I cant wait to return!"

"Customer service doesn't care about customer. They had my 25 yr old son sleeping in the floor. it was booked for 3 people and saidthey gave us a suite with only 1 king size bed, really? And there was no hot water in the shower."

"My room got flooded from a bad over flow from sewer. I wasnt happy because this was sewer water that we had step on which is very unhealthy my suitcase got wet so this was even worse they gave me another room hours later couldn't even shower that morning ."
