Welcome to our spacious and modern home nestled in a tranquil and safe neighborhood. This well-appointed space is equipped with brand new appliances and modern furnishings.

FIRST FLOOR:
On the first floor, the open-concept living and dining area includes a TV and a sofa bed, ideal for accommodating extra guests. The adjacent dining space offers a perfect setting for drinks or meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware, and all essentials for preparing outstanding meals. Complimentary coffee, sugar, salt, pepper are provided.

Behind a kitchen there is a laundry room. Family games and baby cirb/bed are available upon request.

The ground floor bedroom features a queen bed with access to a private bathroom and a small terrace. A closet is available for storage.

Second Floor:
Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms await, each offering a peaceful retreat with private balconies for soaking in the surroundings.

The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, a generous closet, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy private access to a beautifully appointed bathroom and unwind on your own private balcony.

The third bedroom is elegantly furnished with two full-size beds featuring new, comfortable mattresses and quality bedding.

Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and include essential amenities such as hand soap, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, a hairdryer, and makeup towels.

Outside, our patio with cute outdoor furniture is perfect for hosting BBQ gatherings with loved ones or simply relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

Host was great and communicated everything we needed. The house was good for six folks and was clean. There were a couple of small maintenance issues like ice-maker and flooring but overall, I'd stay there again.
