KITCHENETTE AND LIVING ROOM

Brand-new stainless steel appliances include a mini refrigerator and microwave, a toaster, an electric stove burner, non-stick pots/pans, basic cooking utensils, a coffee machine with French press, dishware, glassware, wine glasses, and silverware. The living room is equipped with a dining table for two, a 55” Roku TV, comfy seating, and a queen sofa bed.

Queen bed, 50" Insignia TV, large dresser, closet stocked with essentials (hangers, two luggage racks, bed sheets for the sofa bed, and iron.)

BATHROOM

Spacious walk-in showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, hair dryer, and toilet paper.

GETTING THERE:

The travel time from Miami International Airport is approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

PARKING:

The hotel valet accommodates 1 car per room and costs $20 per night. The hotel also offers EV charging.

Upon arrival, guests receive keys and a key fob during the check-in process.

The "P" floor level offers access to the Pool and Gym, which is open from 8 am to 8 pm. Utilize your fob for entry. Additionally, a rooftop lounge and cafe are set to open later this year.

Check-in is from 3 to 11 PM. Check out by 11 AM.

For late check-out requests, contact us 24 hours in advance. Late check-out is not possible if new guests are arriving on your departure day, and not meeting the check-out time may incur a charge equivalent to one extra night.

No parties or events are allowed. Exceeding overnight occupancy or creating excessive noise during quiet hours is prohibited. Warning issued for disturbing the peace; third warning results in cancellation with no refund.

No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

Leave the suite as you found it. A $150 deep cleaning charge applies for excessive filth beyond normal wear and tear.

Strict no-smoking policy. $200 charge for cigarette or marijuana smoke removal.

Do not mail packages to the hotel; delivery is not guaranteed.

To arrange an early bag drop-off before check-in, please contact us 24 hours in advance, and we will coordinate with the hotel staff to securely store your luggage in the storage closet.

Suspected illegal drug use will involve authorities, and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
