Welcome to our huge 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit nestled within a fabulous hotel resort, offering the ultimate coastal retreat for your dream vacation! Perched above the sparkling azure waters this modern retreat offers a meaningful beach vacation with stunning full-frontal ocean views and an array of resort style amenities at your fingertips. Located conveniently in Miami Beach, you`ll have easy access to boutique shopping, delectable dining options and the vibrant local culture. Whether you seek a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled vacation our beachfront apartment has it all.

Our unit is a great option for guests looking for a spacious and well-appointed accommodation with plenty of amenities and a convenient location on the beach. It comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and cookware and serving utensils, a large open living room and dining area, a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean and city skyline, WiFi and Cable TV included.

Bedroom 3 has 1 full bunk beds and 1 single bed

- Pool Bar: Open 7 Days, 11 am until 8 pm
- Gift Shop/Mini Mart: Open Tuesday through Saturday 9 am until 5 pm
- Pool Office is open from 9 am until 6 pm
- The two Jacuzzi`s at the Lower Pool are open and operating

Please note that there is a $40 daily resort fee per unit and also $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old, applies to groups of young travelers.

Paid washers and dryers are shared and located on the same floor as the unit.

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Complimentary:
- 2 beach chairs and beach towels at the beach.
- 2 bicycles per day.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).

Valet parking is paid upon arrival on the premises:
Weekday (Mon-Thursday) - $35 ($40 Oversize Vehicle) • Weekend (Fri-Sunday & Holidays) - $40 ($50 Oversize Vehicle) • Weekly (7 Days) $175 ($210 Oversize Vehicle)

It was a very clean apartment—but very misrepresented by the posted photos. Not as well appointed as depicted. However, again—very clean, wonderful view and pool area—-the beds were very comfortable.
