    The Space:

    With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this apartment accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), making it an excellent choice for families, group getaways, and longer stays in Miami’s prime waterfront district.

    Getting Around:

    Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.



    At The Grand, valet service stands as the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days. If you are staying 21 days or more, we can set you up with residential parking:

    *** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay (only for reservations 21 days or longer). Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.



    ***Parking for reservations less than 21 days- Opt to pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.



    Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area..



    Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.



    Other Things to Note:

    BOOKING RULES

    After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (15 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.



    Must-Read Before Booking:

    ***Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation, in compliance with building regulations. Third-party bookings are only allowed with prior approval from StayCozy. If you are booking on behalf of others, please inform us before completing your reservation. Please be aware that non-compliance with this policy will result in forfeiture of any refund.

    ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

    OCCUPANCY RULES

    Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 6 adults only (15 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement



    NO SMOKING

    Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.



    CHECK-IN

    Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.



    CHECK-OUT

    Standard check-out time is 11 AM.



    LUGGAGE STORAGE

    Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.



    MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT

    If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.



    LOST ITEMS

    We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.



    PARKING RULES

    *** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

    *** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month

    *** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



    *** PARKING DISCLAIMER:

    Please ensure you submit your IDs, car details, and parking receipts by 2 PM, Mondays to Fridays. Please note that the administrative office closes at 4:30 PM and is not available on weekends. Any IDs, parking receipts, and car details submitted after administrative hours on the arrival date will require guests to use valet parking at their own discretion until the administrative office opens again as all parking slots are managed by the building.



    When you first arrive with your vehicle, proceed to the residents’ parking garage and stop at the ramp. Ring the intercom and let the attendant know that you are a new tenant and that you need to get the parking sticker. They will open the gate and you will then proceed to the P2 level to have your parking sticker installed. Just tell them your name and your unit number. Once the sticker is installed you can park anywhere on the P6 level.



    *** RECEIVING PACKAGES:

    Guests are welcome to receive packages during their stay. To ensure the safety of your package, please ensure that its arrival date falls within the duration of your stay. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for packages arriving before or after a guest's stay.

    Additionally, please be aware that you will need the unit number for the delivery address. For security reasons, this information will only be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival date.



    BUILDING RULES

    -VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

The view was great. The floors need to be cleaned and mopped thoroughly. The linen on the beds need to be changed it is old and worn out. No decor on the walls, very plain. For the amount you are paying it should be very clean. We ruined our socks because the floor was so dirty.

I can’t put into words how unwelcoming this place was. Upon checking in they give us our bands and walking into the room it looks as if someone was still living there. Dishes in the sink, food on the tables, dog feces all on the patio, rolled up sheets in all rooms, broken twin bed in one room, drugs spread out in every room in the building, etc. I was shocked! Upon calling the individual who was over the booking he was not at all helping about the situation except “give us time to clean it.” Apparently, he didn’t know, which does not excuse it with a checkout time of 11. He sent cleaning ladies over (which took 30 min) and you could see it on there face that they were taking back by the condition of this place. They asked to give them an hour to clean so we did. It took 2:30 to clean the room. We end up missing an important event scheduled that evening due to the tome frame of getting ready along with transportation. I would never recommend this place to anyone, anytime
