    *Community Rules: No parties, loud music, or excessive noise. Violations may result in fines from building management. Quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. The building has a zero tolerance policy for this.
    *Building Fee: A mandatory one-time registration fee of $50 per adult, payable by credit card at check-in (kids excluded).
    *Keys: One key/fob set is provided per reservation.
    *Late Visitors: Unregistered guests arriving after 11:00 PM will incur a $50 building fee.
