Very nice location, enjoyed the view and the place. The only part that could be better, was the management company is not very responsive and local hotel staff cannot or does not want do anything besides checking you in. I definitely would stay here again.

Great location view and general building amenities! Room was decent but dated and poorly equipped. While check was convenient and at front desk, rest of service comes from another company which is not on site. The onsite management said they’d do things, such as replacing a broken appliance to not responding to emails or answering phone . Frustrating

We had a great stay at the Arya Hotel in Miami. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful views overlooking the water. It was quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax. The amenities were solid, and the service was friendly and professional throughout our stay. We would definitely love to return on our next visit to Miami!

Great short and long term stay

Great place. The whole building seems like it's a hotel catering for short term style rentals plus a fancy hotel connected to it. Great building, location is spectacular, views on the water make the stay worth it.
