The Space:

Palm Place is designed for up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable layout with everything you need for a relaxing Miami stay. The apartment features a king bedroom, queen sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, work desk, Smart TVs, and plenty of space to settle in after a day around the city.



A one-time fee of $50 per guest or family unit is payable at the front desk upon check-in. Spouses and minor children are counted as one guest. Credit cards are accepted.

The airport is also approximately 8 minutes away, making Palm Place a convenient option for both short and extended Miami stays.



Getting Around:

Getting around Miami is a breeze from our location. We provide free parking on the premises, making it convenient if you choose to drive. For those using public transit, you will find three public bus lines with stops in Midtown, and the free trolley service is also readily available nearby. For a more direct route, ride-sharing services like Uber are easily accessible throughout the area, ensuring you can reach major transit hubs and local attractions with ease.
