  • This spacious, oceanfront condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully loaded kitchen, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. Two dining areas, one dining table perfect for four and a balcony dining set with an amazing view of the ocean. The apartment has direct access to the ocean and is walkable to the Surfside strip with many restaurants and shops. The famous Bal Harbour shops are also a quick drive away.

    The building offers an ocean-facing pool with seating and direct beach access. A parking space in the garage is also included. Please note there is a $150 building fee.
