Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
3 night stay, front entrance, lobby, scroungy, dirty, security front desk check in help very rude, woman's lobby restroom toilets overflowing with feces.
Pool fenced off and not accessible, and was told it has been under construction for at least 6 months,
Room is across and in close proximity to the elevator, you can hear elevator cable sounds slapping all night.
Pros- Beautiful view of Indian Creek and Miami, white marble floor, very clean, kitchen is adequate and appealing, King bed comfortable, beach chairs and umbrella available in closet was very much needed restaurants within walking distance I do recommend, Bernie's Cafe And Lolas for dining.
