  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Location is great here, can walk to a grocery store. Hot water heater was turned down and we didn’t have hot water all trip. The overall appearance was clean until we unfolded the beds and the sheets were not clean, hair and dirt on them and if you walked barefoot anywhere your feet would be black on bottom. Everything else was good however at this location!

Had to work an event at Bayfront Park and this was the perfect location for that. Great place to stay.

Brief visit

Overall everything was excellent. Hugo was receptive and always available, apartment was perfect t for our needs - somewhere to eat and sleep only Only down side was the noise from I95 and street- if you are a light sleeper - being ear plugs.

Perfect location

2nd time with this owner but different unit. Both are newly remodeled and nicely furnished. Location is 5 min Uber to all Brikell and downtown Miami.
